DICE Access Control (DAC) works with any automation system to integrate monitoring for environmental systems, IT security, intrusion, and video, as well as facilitate data collection for employee attendance.
DAC was developed in cooperation with HID, leaders in card management
systems, for the company's VertX platform (view VertX
brochure). This open-architecture platform allows DICE Corporation to customize
the firmware on the access control hardware to send signals and data to an automation
system. Because DAC was developed with the Microsoft.NET platform, it can be
deployed globally over the Internet for companies with many sites and installations.
