Paging
The Dice Paging System aids in the automation of other systems such as alarm monitoring and sales management. The system can use alpha or digital pagers and complies with the various standards for pagers within the US paging network.
- The Dice Paging System allows you to configure contact lists of pagers that
can be notified upon receipt of a signal at the central station.
- The system can be configured to place the alarm in a page hold queue until
the page is answered by the recipient.
- The call center software has access to the page hold queue, making caller
information readily available. When a recipient responds to the call center
regarding a page, the alarm can be delivered to the call center operator that
answers for easy handling.
- The Dice Paging System can be configured to act as a reporting tool if central
station personnel are not monitoring alarms. The system can monitor
alarm status, and if an alarm is in the queue for longer than a specified
amount of time without operator activity, the system sounds an alarm and the
paging system can be set to page the Central Station Manager.
- The Dice Paging System, when configured with the DICE Sales Management System,
allows for swift communication with sales representatives.
