DICE Voice Automation allows you to automate various inbound/outbound tasks via the phone. The system runs on the latest Microsoft Windows based technology, which allows DICE applications to support powerful telecommunication capabilities in areas such as voice response technology and text-to-speech.

Access Alarm History
Voice access parameters can be set for history functions such as recording voice history, enabling/disabling accounts, clear pending alarms, history lookups, login attempts, directory assistance, and reading of operator details.

User Friendly Administration
Specific log-ins can be administered for dealers, providing them with access to customized menus for testing accounts. At the central station, administrators can access activity reports that track call volume, identify your busiest times of day, track who is calling in, what modifications were made, and who made them. The system also allows clients to broadcast automated messages to end-users whose accounts receive signals like low battery and power failure signals. The text to speech messages can be modified and customized to the circumstance of the call, complying with your company's notification procedures.

Text-to-Speech
