DICE provides a fully supervised implementation process for your software purchase.
This process begins with the assignment of a project manager, who becomes the
point-of-contact for all of your implementation needs. He/She will work with you
to develop an appropriate schedule for training and "go-live" and then lead you
throughout the process to make sure that your questions are answered and promises
are delivered on time to your satisfaction.

- Review of Data Conversion Hardware Installation
- Initial software training at your location (includes configuration of CSMS)
- Final data capture and conversion CSMS "Go-Live" week
- Initial Accounting Data Capture and Conversion Accounting (AP, AR & GL)

Basic Application Training
In the Basic Application Training phase, users learn specifically how the
DICE software functions.
Go-Live Training & Support
The primary focus of this training is having front line support on-site and
actively troubleshooting through your transition.
Post Implementation Training
When most clients go live on DICE, they are using less than half of the software's
functionality. This training helps your employees and your business increase
system usage and become better adapted to the software.
