At DICE, we understand how hard it is to hire and manage operators. With today’s labor shortages and competitive demand for great agents, we built this service to provide your alarm center with backup and staffing support. We’ve been in the security solutions industry for over 40 years and understand that monitoring centers have many different needs when it comes to additional resources. It may be an entire shift you need covered, or just a single event. Whatever the need, we’re here to help.

  • Full-Time Scheduled Operator Assistance – In this case, our operators are on shift alongside yours to provide full-time operator support. The automation system routes events to our operators as if they were your full-time personnel. For example, if your company doesn’t staff a 3rd shift, we can serve as that shift for you. Or, if you need an additional operator for a few weeks while you hire new staff, we can fill that gap.

  • DR and Backup Operator Assistance – In this case, we are on standby to assist during emergencies when you don’t have enough staff or are overwhelmed. We can immediately provide additional operators to help manage the workload.

  • SLA Operator Assistance – If you have specific SLA timeframes you must meet, and an event is approaching the threshold where you may exceed your SLA limit, the event can be routed to one of our available operators to handle. This service adds extra resources during spikes in activity so you can maintain your desired service level.
