Jen Balash is the Senior Vice President & Head of Global Sales at DICE Corporation and IPtelX. In this role, Jen leads a growing account management team and works closely with clients to build relationships, introduce and implement new products, and assist with the migration of special projects. Jen studied business management at Oakland University and joined the DICE sales team in 2009. With an upbeat and outgoing personality, Jen started attending industry conferences with the DICE leadership team shortly after joining the company and discovered her passion for working with prospects and clients.

Jen’s role expanded in 2011 to assist clients with major projects, facilitate new product rollouts, and build systems tailored to their needs. In this position, she deepened her client relationships and found fulfillment in helping them achieve their goals and grow their businesses. Her success in building long-lasting client partnerships led to a promotion to Director of Account Management in 2013, and in 2024 she was promoted to Senior Vice President & Head of Global Sales.

In addition to her busy work schedule, Jen is proud to maintain a family-focused lifestyle outside of work. She is blessed with four outstanding children (ages 20, 17, 14, and 13).
