Vanessa has been a cornerstone of DICE Corporation for nearly two decades, bringing deep institutional knowledge and hands-on leadership to the organization. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management in 2005 and has built her career around supporting both customers and internal teams with dedication and consistency.

Vanessa first joined DICE in the support department from 1999 to 2001 before returning to the company in 2006. Since then, she has worked her way through nearly every department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of DICE operations from the ground up.

Today, Vanessa manages the Support and Telephony teams and oversees the day-to-day operations of the dispatch center. Over the years, she has played a key role in building and strengthening these departments, helping shape processes and workflows that support DICE’s customers and partners around the clock.

Vanessa continues to focus on delivering reliable support and maintaining the high standards that customers have come to expect from the company.
